Does water help you run?yes when you run your body starts to heat up when that happens you sweat. which means you will start to lose water in your body so you will get slower and slower because there is not as much to keep you cool so you drink and you have more to sweat to cool you down.

Today I ran two miles. That’s the longest I’ve ever run. I had to push myself today because it was so windy. At first I thought it was going to be hard, but turns out it was easy. Who knew?! I guess if I put my mind to it, I can do anything! I have trained really hard to get to this point.
Think about it, you can do anything.
I am really proud of myself.

This is my very first blog post. This blog is going to be a running and fitness blog for kids, because I am a runner.
